General Litigation

This area of practice seeks to accommodate those clients who either need to bring suit in Superior Court to enforce a legal right, to re-dress a wrong or to defend against an action started by someone else. Most lawsuits revolve around money, but there are certainly matters that involve non-economic relief such as restraining orders, boundary line disputes, landlord -- tenant matters, insurance issues and probate litigation.

General litigation is a catch-all category which covers a wide range of matters, sometimes including various areas of the law that are not highly specialized.
