Robert began practicing law in 1989. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Elder Law, Probate and Real Estate Sections, and NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys). Robert’s practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, asset protection, probate, estate and trust administration, business formation, succession planning, and real estate.
Robert was named Best Eldercare Attorney in the 2022 New Britain Herald Reader’s poll. The firm was voted Best Law Office in 2022 and Best Eldercare Attorneys in 2021 in the poll. For both 2023 and 2024, Robert has been recognized by Lawyers of Distinction for its prestigious designation.
As a volunteer, Robert is on the board of directors of the Christine E. Moser Foundation and The Brian and Marilyn Lindsay Foundation. He is a corporator of the Boys & Girls Club of New Britain and the Hospital for Special Care, in New Britain. He is a member of the Greater New Britain Chamber of Commerce and Central CT BNI.
Robert has served many community organizations in a volunteer capacity. He is past Chairman of the New Britain Board of Water Commissioners; Community Foundation of Greater New Britain; New Britain Zoning Board of Appeals; and the Parish Council of St. Ann Church. He has also served as a board member of the Mattabassett District; Metropolitan District Commission; Community Residences, Inc.; and several other community organizations. He was the President and Chairman of the New Britain Youth Football & Cheer and Treasurer of CT Youth Football & Cheer, Inc. Robert also served as Assistant Head Football Coach at Northwest Catholic High School. Currently, he is the Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Line Coach at New Britain High School. He is also a member of the Prince Thomas of Savoy Society in Avon, CT. Robert and his wife Marcia live in New Britain.
